How to Steal Your Own Bike in Less than Two Minutes.

And how nobody gives a sh*t.

Apparently, stealing a bike—say, your own—is not only easy (nine minutes of hard sawing at the most) but you can also get away with it… unless, out of boredom, you sort of call the police on yourself.

Is it the NYC effect, or is it just humans in general?

What’s not that different about indifference…

“trying to look as criminal as possible…”

 Via The Daily What:

Internet video maker Casey Neistat returns to his roots with a reenactment of his infamous 2005 “bike thief” experiment, wherein he makes several blatant attempts to rob his own bicycle in public spaces throughout NYC.

PS. Once you’re done, remember to leave a Stolen Bike poster or send yourself a love letter on Craigslist.
