Let’s take back our lives one beautiful, funny and delicious moment at a time.
This is #35 of 108 Ways to Livin’ the Moment.

“I love you and it’s getting worse.” ~ Joseph Morris
“Nothing truly valuable arises from ambition or a mere sense of duty. It stems rather from love and devotion.” ~ Albert Einstein
If you are feeling a tint of black and white, a lack of depth, a need for inspiration…
…it usually comes down to devotion.
What or who are you living for?
If money and success are the answers, and they often are for most of us (myself included), than we’re running a short race.
As the Bhagavad Gita reads, “Whatever you do, do it as an offering.”
*****
Larry Eckhardt is a property manager from Little York, Illinois.
Eckhardt attended a military funeral six years ago.
Eckhardt said, “We had a local soldier go down and the citizen turnout was great, but I didn’t think there were near enough flags.”
So now, when a fallen solider is laid to rest, Larry travels near and far to line the funeral processional route with the Stars and Stripes.
It’s his way of living for something greater.
Larry has done this for 86 fallen soliders. He hopes he will never have to do it again
Watch the above video and ponder…
Our lives are filled with movement, but devotion is never about movement. It’s about action.
