A poem for those who have fallen down and can’t wait to get back up again.
A few months ago, I was a puddle of a human being. I was falling for men, melting under pressure and spilling over with emotion.
Around this time, I read an article on this goddess named Akhilendeshvari; the goddess of never-not-broken. This goddess taught me the value of being a hot-mess, and the great potential in embracing chaos, rather than hiding under your (messy) bed. Here is a piece I wrote for this goddess; the hurricane that lives in all of us.
