Will You Remember This Day Forever?

Do you remember what you did one week ago today?

I just wrapped up a yoga retreat in the most spiritual place in the United States…Sedona.

It’s an area steeped in Native American tradition, which is best summarized by Chief Joseph of the Nez Perce tribe:

“It does not require many words to speak the truth.”

You feel this simplicity in Native traditions, just as you see it in nature.

You will never find a stressed out bird, nor an anxiety-ridden bug, nor a tomato which longs to be a banana.

Nature does it thing…simply and beautifully.

And so should you…simply and beautifully.

Today is August 28th, 2013.

You probably won’t remember this day a year from now, nor a month from now, nor (sadly) a week from now.

You can choose to be ok with that, and make it another day filled with errands, chores, meetings, and emails…

…or you can choose to make August 28th, 2013 a day you will remember forever!

Take a step back from the constant grind of emails, texts and phone calls and simply choose to do one thing that you’ll remember. It doesn’t have to be big or drastic, but it does have to be something that touches your soul!

I invite you to click on the photo above and watch my newest uLive video. The premise? Learn how to make today simply and beautifully…..unforgettable (and yes, it involves chocolate!).

PS: If you know a family member, friend, or co-worker who needs to turn off auto-pilot and celebrate life (click here to celebrate daily), spread the love and share this post!
