Baked Apple Crisps. {Recipe}

I love easy snacks.

And of course, the healthier the better.

That way, when I give them to my kids, I feel good about what they are eating.

Dried or baked fruit? Perfect idea for them. Super simple and pretty delicious.

Here’s What You Need:

  • 4 apples, cored and thinly sliced
  • 2 drops of Cinnamon essential oil
  • 4 TBSP Coconut oil
  • tsp cinnamon

Directions:

Preheat oven to 275 degrees.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Toss the apples in a tbsp of coconut oil mix then place on the parchment paper.

Bake at 275 degrees for two hours.

While they are baking, add two drops of the Cinnamon essential oil to another 3 tbsp of coconut oil and mix

Once two hours is up turn the apples over then cook for another 60 minutes. Check on the apples every 30 minutes there after to check for your desired crispness.

When the apples are done, drizzle the Cinnamon essential oil and Coconut oil on top and garnish by sprinkling the Cinnamon flakes on top.
