Most of us know the world needs help, but few of us are really doing much about it. Learn how we can help Global Greengrants Fund save the world, one inspiring project at a time.
Waylon talks with Executive Director and CEO of Global Greengrants Fund, Terry Odendahl.
Elephant is psyched to be working in partnership with Google+ on our new live video series, which features three live videos a week (that can be watched later, too).
Global Greengrants Fund is the leading environmental fund that supports grassroots action on a global scale. They create opportunities to invest in local leaders and communities to protect people and the environment, restore places and ways of life that have been harmed and transform the systems and ways of thinking that created these problems in the first place.
Their ultimate goal is to create a sustainable future in which all people live in dignity and in harmony with the environment. Last year, they made over $5.8 million in grants to 724 projects in 85 countries.
