Peeling Off that Fake Face. ~ Yaisa Nio {Video}

Masks

Six years ago, I stopped wearing make up.

I left my corporate job, became a diving instructor and decided to break up with make up and everything else that  didn’t really belong on my body. I wasn’t wearing much paint on my face anyway—never any foundation, blush or any other of those cake icing products. But even mascara and eyeshadow became history for me. (To be fair, I did wear some on my wedding day—organic, natural stuff. Am I forgiven?) Who wants a diving instructor that looks like a freaky panda bear anyway. Or how long do you think nail polish lasts when you’re in the water five hours a day? Since then, I’ve saved money, spared my skin and I feel beautiful being my natural me.

One wet wipe is all Tracey Spicer needs to get her (and my) point across.

But the other 14 minutes of the video are worthwhile too.
