The Most Important Things We Need To Do in a Day. ~ Ruth Lera

1. Breathe

Actually, that’s really the only thing. Oh and maybe…

2. Eat a little food (much less than we think.)
3. Drink a little water (also much less than we think.)
4. Go to the bathroom (a couple of times a day.)

Only four things.

And the first and most essential one is done without any effort on our part. It would actually be harder to stop breathing than it is to keep breathing.

Makes you wonder if all our hard work and striving is necessary when you really think about it. Doesn’t it?
