How to Be Alone.
We all know people in happy relationships surrounded by friends and family during the holidays who still admit to feeling lonely regardless of their situation. So if you find yourself alone, please remember: whether alone by choice or by circumstance, in the end we all find ourselves alone.
What makes the difference between enjoying that time or enduring it is the thoughts we carry between our ears.
The better we are at being alone, the more we have to give when we’re in good company.
