We’ve all been there. So stressed out by daily life that we literally don’t know what to do with ourselves.
On a scale of 1 to 10, how stressed are you? To alleviate stress some turn to exercise, others nicotine, alcohol, anger, laughter— any outlet that takes the pressure off of you for a moment. Anything that will diffuse the energy. Can you imagine if you were taking a walk on your lunch break, and came across a giant glass box that offered you sanctuary? An escape from that pressure on your shoulders? I know I’d grab the moment, and step into that box, intrigued by instant therapy.
