In Honor of International Yoga Day: A Message from your Mat.

I feel your unsettled anxiety.

I have a cure to comfort you.
I hear your soft sobs.
I have a cure to comfort you.
I see your sadness.
I have a cure to comfort you.
I stand in the corner, upright, and waiting.
Gently place me on the floor,
and lie upon me, settle into my firmness.
Close your eyes and breathe.
Inhale, belly rises,
exhale, belly contracts.
Move, or hold still.
Let the breath facilitate your moves,
unplanned, no control, let go.
I am the cure to comfort you.
