If we Want to Fly, we must be Willing to Fall.

This should create a little bubble of sensation in your being—excitement, fear, courage, and purpose.

If nothing stirs in you, your desire to fly—to transform—is not fully activated. Then it is just a muted mutation of empty energy, swirling around without clarity, alignment, or authentic purpose.

What are you willing to risk to float up, lift off, and fly? What are you willing to release to overcome your muted mutations within your own mind? How deep are you willing to dive into your own depths of illustrated illusion? Are you willing to swim in your own murky waters of contaminated consciousness thoughts?

I am immersing myself once again—toe by toe, leg by leg, to the curve of my hips, to awaken my pleasure in my pussy, to enliven my purpose in my solar plexus, to honor my Hara, my creation center, and to let my heart lead, without baggage and weighted with my perceived perception of altered truth.

I am immersing my heart center and my throat to clarify my words, thoughts, and ideas. I am immersing my conscious mind into a deep cleanse.

I just got reminded by Suzi Batiz, in her Alive OS course: “Our thoughts are 90 percent subconscious.” This is declared in many scientific journals and recognized by many credible sources.

Have we ever noticed we brush our teeth the same way, nearly every time? Or we park our car in the same place nearly every time we go to the grocery store? Or we like “our spot” in yoga class or our favorite restaurant? We are set on replay in these ways—90 percent unconscious robots.

Our thoughts are the base beat to our rhythm and our way of being. We orchestrate our lives to these beats. Our thoughts are the rhythms on replay.

We are confined in our own personal paradigms of patterns. But these patterns are often drowning in distorted beliefs and filled from our own cup of lies we tell ourselves.

Now, I’m not saying we should go climb Everest if we haven’t trained to climb it.

But how do we climb anything if we don’t learn the route, take the risk, and train with diligence, tenacity, and truth?

Nobody climbs Everest without a mentor, guide, or sherpa.

So find a mentor and commit to climbing.

How?

By being willing to fall.

That choice alone is a personal declaration to our destination. The process of choosing to retrain is a journey all of its own.

Through the process of allowing ourselves to fall, we inevitably climb, shift, and gain footing.

For we are agile, versatile, curious creatures, and creators. We are the master designers of our own lives. Only we can clear our path through the thick brush of the unknown and see with transparent clarity our true, clear nature—our authentic, energetic blueprint.

Being willing to fall is an act of deep surrender and profound presence. Yes, presence. It is sitting still in and with what we are now. Then exploring that line just beyond the corridor of blurred vision.

It order to fly, we all must explore what keeps us firmly stuck in our own muck.

Scream at it, make peace with it, push it around, get entangled with it, or get angry with it. Then decide to sit in it. Actively untangle the furrowed fishing line that is keeping you rotating in karmic comic circles. Practice steady patience and forgiveness of yourself as you untangle each string and recognize its source.

Then cut the lines you need to cut. If it’s tied around you, recognize that you created them and justified your own cage of confinement.

We put ourselves there, for some reason, at some time. Some fear we had triggered the need for our own personal entrapment. That boundary we put there is our fear of falling—a protection of sorts.

But protection from what? Success?

Small risks and big risks are the same—it’s just eating one piece of pizza or the whole thing. One piece feels satisfying and delicious, while the whole thing might give us a belly ache.

But it’s our choice. Same choices, same risks.

We just have to make it digestible (in both forms). Meaning, step by step. If we try to eat the whole pizza at once, we may not succeed. If we wait to finish the pizza and put it off too long, it will go bad. All living things have expiration dates. So do ideas.

Day by day.

One proximal piece at a time.

Now, maybe we don’t like pizza—we are gluten-free, or we rather imagine pieces of pie or cake. That’s cool—I love pie. But whatever gets us there. Clean your plate. Clear it. Digest it. Enjoy it fully and allow it to return to something fresh.

Prepare to create again.

This means speaking up when we have words to say.

It means standing in our truth as we are now.

Internal strength comes from listening. Hearing our own voice and acting out the words.

External strength and external beauty is about us actively choosing and living in alignment with what we are. Design in align—from and with what you are.

Breathe in and out the rhythm of your words—your frequency.

Your power will ignite.

Failing and flying.

If you never choose to fly, you will not fail.

However, the risk of not risking, may be your greatest regret.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness
That most frightens us.

We ask ourselves
Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.

Your playing small
Does not serve the world.
There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking
So that other people won’t feel insecure around you.

We are all meant to shine,
As children do.
We were born to make manifest
The glory of God that is within us.

It’s not just in some of us;
It’s in everyone.

And as we let our own light shine,
We unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we’re liberated from our own fear,
Our presence automatically liberates others.” ~ Marianne Williamson

No human took their first steps, then kept walking without falling, tripping, and getting scrapped up, bumps on their head, knees, or elbow.

Not one human has walked without falling.

Not one human has spoken without correction.

Not one human has succeeded without failing.

As we get older, we remember the scars on our knees and elbows a little more, so we proceed with more and more caution, for there are more and more conditioning and consequences for falling.

Those consequences are the box we become—the cage we place around ourselves. The invisible threads of limitation, excuses, and fears of failure.

Let me let you in on a secret: we will fail.

We will fail many times. And after a while, we will succeed.

We will win, because all those times of failure, we were training our will.

Every single time we lost, our will won because it learned its intrinsic power. We become someone who knows they can get up. We actively choose to rise.

In order to fly, you must be willing to fall.
