A Simple and Powerful Short-cut to Healing the Emotions of Trauma.

Whenever you feel unsettled or triggered, the short-cut to healing the feelings of contempt that can keep us closed off from experiencing the bigger picture—is engaging a keen awareness about which mood or disposition your innerchild is in.

Being considerate enough to stay online with their uncomfortable feelings without gaslighting them. Showing up to their need for emotional safety with open arms— relieves them from feeling torn or conflicted about emotions that feel too big for their little bodies.

This restores a moment to moment practice of truth telling by securing our own emotional amnesty.
