The Missing Ingredient is Love. – Adding a Higher Vibration to Your Food.

Has this ever happened to you?

You planned dinner for two and it turned into an unexpected dinner for four. You are slightly panicking with the expansion of dinner guests because you did not prepare enough food. You scramble in the kitchen with a stressed-out attitude and somehow pull together a simple and modified meal. You all gather around the table. Everyone is hungry and yet, food is left on plates, no requests for a second helpings and no one seems to have enjoyed the dinner.

This actually happened to a friend of mine.

After sharing this story with me, she herself recognized that it was her emotion, intention and lack of love while preparing the meal that affected the outcome. She also shared that if she had added that missing ingredient of Love, she feels that everyone would have had a more enjoyable dinner, including herself.

Well, this story and her comment about adding Love, reminded me of being invited to dinner at a friends house. They were making a dish that I never had before. Everyone sat down, gratitude was expressed, and plates were filled. With the first bite, my taste buds were in bliss. All I could ponder was,What is in this? What makes it taste so good?

I asked my friend for the recipe and looked forward to serving it at my next family gathering. But, when I did, it tasted different. “What did I leave out?” “Did they forget to list one of the ingredients?”

I called my friend and she laughed and asked me if I remembered to add some Love.

So, this is 2 stories about adding Love to food.

I thought that it was a joke. Logically, it did not make sense that you could add something that was not in physical form into a recipe. But little did I know that it is completely possible to add Love into a recipe.

So, how can a nonphysical addition make a difference in the taste?

Well, I am going to try and keep this article simple and yet informative. So, here are a few things that I have learned that I encourage you to do more research on if it resonates with you.

Everything is Energy…Yes, Everything.

Even…

Consciousness/Thoughts

Words

Emotions

Food/Drink

As a kid and young adult, I thought that energy only related to momentum and movement. But in 2009, I began studying a deeper concept of energy. Through quantum physics, I learned that we all have a Subtle Energy Body. This Subtle Body receives and processes everything from our environment energetically. This includes physical and nonphysical forms. It can all be sensed by the 6 senses. Then, it can manifest into your reality.

In the Elephant Journal article, Vibe Your Way to Amazing Health and Healing, I love how Christina Verma says, “why are we not taught to apply this knowledge in everyday life and share it with our children so that we can create a more powerful paradigm for the way we live; for the way we love”. So, my intention is to share this knowledge so that you can discern if it resonates with you and if you want to share it with others.

As this planet continues to ascend, we ascend into higher states of consciousness too. It is simply a choice we make to embrace self care and self healing. So, we can actually create a more expansive and healthy paradigm for our own future.

An example of how our subtle body can sense would be: you’re standing in the kitchen and cookies are baking in the oven. They begin to give off an aroma. One that is familiar to you. Your sense of smell receives it, the Subtle body pulls in the memory that is triggered by the smell and the memory gives you a warm and joyful feeling.

This is so powerful and impacts us in so many ways and most of the time, unconsciously.

This means that your thoughts (your own consciousness), words, and emotions are all energy. They can all resonate at different frequencies and when measured, reveal the benefits or lack of. In his book “Power vs Force”, Dr. David R Hawkins M.D., Ph.D., explains the levels of human consciousness on a scale between 0-1000. Hawkins takes words and measures their frequency. Love is listed at a value of 500. It is surpassed only by Joy, Peace and Enlightenment. So, adding just “a pinch” of love to a recipe is a powerful secret ingredient.

Since our thoughts can be measured in vibration, imagine how they are impacted by the energy in our environment and vice versa. Let us take nature for example, we have all heard that talking to our plants or playing soothing music can help them grow. Imagine how your voice or music effects the trees, the air, the oceans.

Back in the early 2000s, *Dr. Masaru Emoto started a cool study where he photographed water that had been spoken to with specific intentions. The water that was spoken to with loving words had crystals that looked like beautiful, intricate snowflakes. The water that was spoken to with hateful words had dark, mutated shapes. Again, the power of words impacting something that we are 70% made up of. If one word can make a beautiful snowflake, think about the impact of your daily thoughts over all the water in your own body.

If you were to observe your environment and how you receive the energy around you more consciously, you would learn that everything holds its own vibration. These vibrations are made up of frequency and can be measured in hertz.

Speaking of the environment, let us get back to the topic of food. You are what you eat is evident and being validated more than ever before. Everything that you put into your body holds a specific vibration when it goes in. And how your body digest the food depends on that vibration. The speed that it is digested can be increased when the vibration of the food is higher. For example, a banana will digest faster than a potato. How cool is that?

When food and drink are measured, they use a *Bovis scale between 0-36000. I learned that lemon juice vibrates at 12000 and fish vibrates at 5500. However, if you press the lemon into the fish, it will charge it and raise the fish measurement up to the lemons. This means that the energy of the food can be altered, raised, or lowered.

Another interesting factor is that these vibrations/frequencies can change based off the environment around it. So, a garden in one persons yard will hold a different vibe than a garden in another’s yard. Even the energy of the soil around it, the other plants nearby, the air quality, the rain, etc. all play a part in the vibration that is stored inside. Want to go a little deeper? The energy of the person that tends the garden can affect it. When a person tends a garden with the intention of appreciation and love, that energy is absorbed by the plants. The more positive the intention, the higher the vibe. This continues to impact the energy of the food as it’s being processed, stored, transported, and then stocked.

This energy is stored and there is no limit to what it can store. Multiple energies can affect any one item. Hence, changing the vibration repeatedly. But it does not have to stay that way. By putting intention into the food that you prepare, it can shift the energy.

Now, here is the kicker when we go back to the missing ingredient topic. No matter what you bring into your home and no matter what kind of vibration it has had previously, you have the capacity to alter and raise the vibration if you choose. How?

As I mentioned earlier, Intention. It raises the vibration from what it is currently. Adding what we call Love impacts that vibration tremendously.

I will give you another example. If there is an animal that is being raised with an environment of suffering, that Energy is stored in that animal. By the time that animal makes it to your home, being prepped for dinner, it has already been touched by multiple different energies. And yet,you can release anything that mightve been negative or traumatic and fill it with positive Love. This can be so powerful and beneficial. So, when you consume that animal, the vibration of it is in your highest good now.

Blessings and Prayers before meals have been around for centuries. For some, it is a religious intention and for others, it is a way to be grateful. You may have an old religious default prayer or a family favorite that is set to memory. Maybe you came up with a custom one or maybe you just “wing it’.

Call it what you like but you are choosing to release anything that might not be in your best interest and give it back to Source. You are asking that love and light will fill whatever it is that you are about to consume.

So, remember, when we remove the negative energy from the things that we are about to put in our mouth, it changes how our body digest this food. It changes how your body is nourished by that food and impacts your overall health.

Would you like some suggestions?

Here is an example of an intention for meat.

Bless this animal that has given its life so that I may be nourished. May the thoughts, feelings and emotions of its life and death be returned to Source. So, its soul is now at peace. May the vibration and frequency now be for my highest good. Amen.”~Jackie

If you are about to make a recipe with lots of different ingredients, you could set all of the ingredients out on your counter and then put your intention into everything at the same time. You do not have to do it separately. It would go something like this

Please bless all of these ingredients that are before me now. May the energy of the past be returned to Source so that the present vibration will be for my highest good and all that will consume it.”~Jackie

One last note, what I am explaining to you, does not cost a thing. It is merely intention, choice and right effort. It is out of compassion that I share this with you. If it resonates with you, please take it to heart and even share it with others.

So, the next time you make or consume a meal, why not add the “Missing Ingredient?” Just give it a try and observe. Notice if the flavor is different. Has something enhanced? Did you digest it with more ease? Did you feel your own energy change after eating it? Are you eating more purposely?

Just Observe and Enjoy!
