The Most Profound Buddhist Mantra we could Ever Practice.

The most profound Buddhist (or human) mantra we could ever practice is only two words:

Oh well. 

These two little words aren’t about promoting giving up—they’re about promoting bravery and vulnerability.

Bravery and vulnerability.

One without the other is no good.

Bravery without vulnerability can be machismo or aggressive. Vulnerability without bravery can be weak.

But if you’re brave enough to be vulnerable—if you can combine both qualities—you can be the fearless warrior. It’s the universal human quality of being open, being caring.

So the next time you feel uncomfortable—that speedy, tight, anxious feeling in your lungs—here’s what to do:
