Our Dreamy Disregard As Humans

Our dreamy disregard is too real for this unrealistic world. Periods of ‘mental insolvency’, ‘constant murmurs’, ‘burnouts’ and ‘agitated minds’ afflict us.

This affluence is ever-growing with our dismal living systems; it’s like living a lifetime in a single night. The most envied lip colours are derived from fish scales, this shining comes at a cost —a red herring for the avaricious humans.

Life’s origami has changed from valley fold days to crests and troughs. Nature is serving us with metamorphosis on our platters. Homo sapiens are eating mood disorders causing anxieties with endless scrolling; our biome is no longer the same.

Our dreamy disregard for this unreal world is dooming us as beautifully as an artwork of a filbert paintbrush. Our substratum doesn’t boast of phytoplankton anymore, it has turned delusory just like our thoughts and state of mind.

This impudence seems to have no end. From bipedalism to midnight maudlin, humans have come a long way — C=2πr is a bygone now. We are eying Mars at this time to start from scratch on the red planet.

Earth’s convective currents are also changing its magnetic field thereby affecting the perimeter of the edges of our lives forever.

Homo sapiens have become too hot to handle while becoming too cold to pay attention to nature’s advances. It’s an anthropogenic doom in toto; the fly’s nectar is shrinking. Protozoans are bidding us goodbye!

Our papier-mâché masks have begun to fall now, these will soon be seen floating in the greater depths of the oceans. Only then will we get how Pythagoras was wrong in predicting the idea of the whole cosmos as being one. Neither beauty nor order will save us because the cosmetic shifts would have murdered the cosmos then.

And then there will be no Michelangelo to paint the world or depict our doom on a canvas. Nature will pay its tribute by turning us all into fossil fuels millions of years down the line.
