Aleisha Fay is a Registered Nurse and animal lover from Australia.
With a Nursing background in Mental Health and Addiction Medicine, growing a mindfulness and gratitude practice has been one of the most important aspects of self-care in Aleisha’s life the past few years. Loving Kindness meditations are her favourite.
Aleisha is bisexual and a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Aleisha is passionate about equal rights for all people, and will argue for Black Lives Matter and transgender rights until she loses her voice.
As Martin Luther King, Jr said, “We have flown the air like birds and swum the sea like fishes, but have yet to learn the simple act of walking the earth like brothers.”
Aleisha loves to write about sexuality, mental health and chronic illness.
Aleisha’s favourite things are: cats, coffee, rainbows and colourful tights. <3
