Dr. Fredi Prochoda is a psychiatrist, medical business consultant, certified life coach, certified Master’s level Theta Healer, certified Quantum Healing Hypnosis practitioner, avid reader – and a plant magician! She firmly believes in creative healing, mixing western and various alternative medicine approaches to empower and improve health in all areas of life. She was doing nutritional psychiatry before it was even a “thing”, and combines a number of energy healing modalities tailored to individual client’s needs. She has owned and operated her own practice, and worked in every type of behavioral/mental health setting that exists, although her first love is for the underserved and indigent populations.

Currently she is doing some consulting for behavioral health organizations, as she is a systems thinker and skilled in health care administration and supporting other medical providers. She loves rescue dogs, her hubby, being outdoors, and riding her motorcycle. She often names things, including her little tie-dyed smart car named Happiness.
