In her work as a somatic practitioner and coach, Jen will often say she did not get into this work to fix people, she got into it because she needed it herself. And still does! Her work with others comes out of this commitment to her own healing and growth. With certifications, training and education in the areas of trauma, shame, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic IFS, Somatic Experiencing, Hakomi Somatic Psychotherapy, polyvagal theory, death, grief, and chronic pain, Jen is always on a mission to expand her horizons and incorporate new learning and research into her modes of support. She believes in holistic and well-rounded journeys for each client. No two people are the same; therefore, no two healing paths are identical.
