After being in the corporate world for many years Kate Rizzo found herself burned out, overworked and unsatisfied. After finding balance and a healthy escape through spiritual wellness methods such as Yoga, Meditation, Reiki and more she founded YogiCake, Sweets for your soul. Yogicake dismisses the idea that struggle and stress are a hallmark of success and embraces the idea that everything we are searching for is inside of us. Our society offers us many external tools to satisfy our search for happiness yet it’s often temporary and leaves us in a constant state of restlessness and comparison. Kate’s found much freedom in using the tools in her spiritual wellness practice to embrace the ebbs and flows of life and find happiness from within. She holds a BS in Exercise Science, is a Reiki Master, Crystal and Animal Reiki practitioner, an Akashic Records Practioner, and an active yoga teacher.
