Katie Rapkoch: just think of her as your dog-snuggling, fitness-loving, cookie-eating coach.

While Katie has worked in service of others since graduating college in 2011, she quit her full-time job in early 2018 to pursue a new path. She never knew it would take her to where she is today. She created her own coaching business because she’s worked with too many women who are exhausted because all they do is show up for everyone else. Many of them have shared that they feel alone in their struggles, and they just wish they could find a community of other supportive women who understand and support them in finally making themselves a priority. She is here to create a community of women that don’t want to follow the status quo. She is here to challenge women to empower one another to live a life of simplicity, authenticity, and peace. She is here to create a community that feels REAL.

While Katie is not busy building her business, she enjoys spending time with her pup, Champ, volunteering at the local animal shelter, lifting weights, and exploring all the beauty that Arizona holds. She also really loves chocolate chip cookies.
