Leesha Monson is a Counsellor/Psychotherapist and a Relationship and Sexuality educator. She works primarily with women and young people as well as couples. Leesha is a lover of all things salt water and swims daily in the ocean. On a cold and stormy day recently, a man approached her as she walked out of the ocean. He asked, “Why did you just jumped in the ocean on a day like today?”
She turned to him and smiled as she said “just to feel alive”
