Molly Einck

Molly is a firm believer that life is about the journey, not only the destination, and continues to seek out ways to be grateful and find light even in the darkest of places. While she was initially drawn to yoga over 20 years ago to relieve stress and stay fit, she soon became inspired by the holistic nature of the practice and curious about how this ancient tradition integrates mind, body, and spirit in a meaningful way. Molly received her 250-hour yoga teacher training at Prairie Yoga in Lisle, Illinois led by Tricia Fiske, 500 E-RYT, level 3 ParaYoga Instructor. Molly currently teaches a variety of yoga and strength classes online and in Chicago’s western suburbs, as she continues to explore new ways to bring her yoga practice to life, both on her mat and beyond.
