What Life is really like on the Autism Spectrum.
Paul Sweeney is a searcher of unthought answers and new paths to a greater enlightenment. After being diagnosed on the autism spectrum at 43, he began to turn his life around, having endured a slow disintegration of his life, not knowing the reasons for his feelings of sometimes intense awkwardness, anxiety, and a sense of disassociation from life in general and even those he loves and cares for. His introduction into the beanbag of mindfulness was the spark that has allowed and shown him new perspectives from which to gain control (or at least try) of the underlying issues which can be addressed. Life is a journey of learning and awakening if we allow it. He hopes that his struggles can somehow be an inspiration.
