“Two Old Fogey Yogis”: When Aging Yogis delve into Ageless Teachings.
Larry J. Barker, aka Prem Anjali was born and raised in Virginia, where he continues to live easefully and peacefully in the Shenandoah Valley’s foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. He got his B.S. in economics from Virginia Commonwealth University and Northwestern’s National Graduate Trust School. He worked as a bank examiner with the Federal Reserve for over 17 prior and then pretty much surprised everyone by becoming a yoga teacher! While teaching yoga, he has also have volunteered to serve as board chair for a local credit union for the past 36 years. He enjoy meditating, taking walks, and enjoying the nature and beauty of central Virginia.
