Sinda currently is President & CEO of Sinda Anzovino Enterprises LLC which covers all Health & Wellness Services she offers.

On her own time Sinda enjoys Acroyoga, Aerial arts, Pole, Bellydance, Fire spinning (multiple props), Indoor climbing, Rollerskating, Music Production, Travel, Mala & Kandi bead bracelet making, Burning Man Camp member and is an active member of Empire Fire Collective (flow arts performance group), New York Anjuna Family (Tance Music) and Long Island Rollerskate club/ CIB_LI.

With 24 years in the Fitness industry she has taught at nearly every major Fitness Company; Large Corporations; Professional Athletes and students of all ages and levels.

She lives with her 2 children in Westchester, NY where she continues to host fitness & Wellness Events & regular Fire Flow Jams!

Sinda has a fun and light hearted approach to her teaching and fitness coaching, which inspires, motivates and embraces all who work with her!
