Infinite Love (a poem for my late father) About My Awakening–

“INFINITE LOVE”

Oh “blasted oak”

how am I to understand

this ‘curse’

this ‘annihilation’

of hope

and my dreams of the future

Oh GODS

was it.

you?

Which led this poor one to his end

so young

so devoted

for the sake

of faith

to empty me of self

to leave me trembling in the shadows

[of my own making ?]

prey to fears

and self-doubt.

falling, falling, failing, failing,  year after year

Torn between bitterness and adoration

Is this the fate of those who believe in your word

your promises.

is this

of YOU

IS THIS

[some cunning wisdom]

how wickedly true you are

to this ‘fool’ of yours

YOU?

a razor’s edge. filled with light. vast as the infinite night sky.

[…you clever Bastard!…]

how could I have understood without you?

‘Infinite Love’

–krou riven 2013

My late father once said to me: “I’m GOD I created You.” to which I replied, ‘You’re a Farmer, You planted a Seed.’

Good Job Papa. you were a hella Farmer…
“Keep your hand to the plow, don’t look back.” No regrets. @
