The point of view with which you look at the universe creates your reality. Be aware that what you believe and think defines your life. The personal reality exists through the materialization of the paradigms that you keep in your conscious and unconscious mind.
Our brain has two components; The first is the conscious where we keep our beliefs and thoughts more recurrent. Then there is the subconscious where we store 80% of the information of our mind, this space is not at all clear and accessible to us in our daily lives. No matter where our thoughts are, they are the ones in charge of shaping our perspective in front of the universe, what we know as reality.
The key question at this time is how much do you know your beliefs?
Let’s examine several key points, number one: We are never fully aware of all our beliefs. The levels of consciousness vary depending on the situations we are facing. That is, my current situation stimulates my levels of consciousness, for example, if I ask you about What is family love? in your mind, you will begin to order a list of thoughts, beliefs, and paradigms that you relate to this topic that you are not necessarily thinking all the time.
Second very important point. No matter how much awareness we have of our beliefs, they always define our perspective. For example, if I was brought up in an environment where I am taught: “to be happy I must build a family”. Them when I am an adult my subconscious will take me to shape my happiness around this family image that was molded in childhood.
All the paradigms that we carry in our mind are the result of our history:

upbringing, experiences, experiences that leave marks in our brain, creating our reality. The way to evolve our reality model is to recognize our beliefs and reinvent to create a new point of view. We have the power to adapt our reality so that it facilitates us to reach our objectives and much-desired happiness.
Let’s evaluate how we can reinvent our beliefs.
Two questions allow us to evaluate our beliefs. The first thing is to understand what does that belief mean to me? mold my behavior affects my perception of the real world. After this understand if Is it a belief tied to the reality of the universe or is it a perception? As we discussed in the previous blog, it is an immovable reality or a cultural belief.
If your belief turns out to be a perception of yours, you can use these questions to re-frame them:
1 — What is the reality of the belief? Try to get to the point of identifying that this paradigm is a human creation and, therefore, you have the power to modify it.
2 — What are your role and the role of others in this belief? The purpose of this question is to understand how these beliefs affect you and in whose hands you are in.
3 — What did I learn from myself and what do I want to change? The answer to that last question is the basis for reforming your reality.
