1) Be still, and know.
(The universe is telling us to stop, sit still, wait, and trust).
2) Take this time to bond with your children, spouse, self
3) Catch up on those books you bought but haven’t read
4) Meditate/pray
5) Catch up on sleep, this builds your immune system
6) Breathe deeply, this builds your immune system
7) Text friends in other places to check in on them
8) Finish that afghan you started, use it.
9) Gather household items for your Spring garage sale
10) Plant garden seeds
11) Sit ups, work on your core, it scares away anxiety
12) Manage your playlist, your favorite music heals
13) Really smell the rain, it has healing ions
14) Make a soup from scratch
15) Throw away expired food, use up what is in the back of the cabinet
16) Create art
17) Sing
18) Remove clothes from closet that don’t make you feel amazing, put in donation box
19) Self-care
(Epson salt bath, deep condition hair, yoga, stretch, meditate, have sex, eat/drink healthy things, juice/broth fast for a day, exercise, take care of finger nails, toe nails, put your face in the sun…)
20) Extended time with pets
