Day 2 of 365
Live Intentionally.
I aspire to live this new year with intention. For me, this means, having my thoughts, words and actions to all be aligned, to all be in harmony, as one, if you wish.
Although, it’s not my intention to write and share what rings true for me for these next 365 days, but since I have already started, I will continue until it starts to feel forced in anyway. I don’t want this writing to feel like something I have to do, but rather, something I wish to do.
Whatever this is, writing and sharing my thoughts, feelings and words, and putting myself out there to be seen, perhaps it’s just part of my journey. I will trust it even if I don’t understand it.
When the pen hits the paper, I really can’t believe that these are my words. But perhaps, through these writings, I am, in a way, am already living Intentionally. When I reflect and share, it makes my heart happy.
But when we are not living Intentionally, our thoughts, words and actions are out of alignment, so therefore, we too are out of alignment with ourselves, disconnected.
Today while out snowshoeing with my husband, I was reminded of this, because I can instantly feel more connected and inspired, because I have stepped outside of myself for awhile and into nature.
We need to remember to stop, pause, reflect and begin again as many times as we need to in order to realign ourselves, because ultimately, it is our thoughts, words, and actions that will guide us to live a life of intention.

Living with intention means saying no to the things that aren’t important to us so that we can say yes to what matters most.
