Who is Under Your Mask? How to Know and Express Your True Self and Create a Life You Love

You are a magical human being with skills you don’t even know you possess

You have everything your need for your life right inside you. You can trust yourself. There is no playbook to follow written by someone else. You have all the instructions you need coded into your body. Your soul is the driver, your body is the vehicle.

Our wounds do not define who we are. They only shape the mask we wear that covers our true self. Our programming has caused us to be in reaction to the world using highly honed coping skills.

You are already capable of expressing your unique self, using your talents in the world and creating a life you love

It’s a matter of uncovering your true self that was stifled or never developed because of childhood wounding and cultural and societal programming. It’s time to get to know, express and honor your unique self. You are responsible for your unique contribution to the world. There is no one else who can play your part. You’re here to add to our collective experience, not conform and blend in.

Abundance is flowing, connected energy. It’s the feeling of beauty, appreciation, joy in present moment experiences. Feel it inside yourself as an inner experience. Nothing outside yourself like money, relationships, possessions or helping others can be fully satisfying or the source of your joy. These things will only reflect the amount of joy you already have within you.

What does this mean for every day living?

Personal growth is your 24/7 job. Finding new perspectives and higher states of consciousness will allow you to experience more ease, clarity and energy to create the life you long for. Then you will naturally spread joy, peace and love to everyone around you causing a ripple effect that contributes to a better world for all.

It starts with focusing on the following areas:

Self-care – Calm your nervous system, commit to a daily breathing, mindfulness or meditation practice

Self-knowledge – Listen to your own heart, gut and mind. Notice thoughts, feelings, beliefs and behaviors that do not reflect your true self. Connect with and learn about your true self through natural talents, abilities longings an dreams

Self-responsibility – Take 100% responsibility for every life experience. Own your words, actions and inactions. Remove blame of self and others.

Self-expression – Practice authentic self-expression of your needs and wants in the moment. Dare to express your beliefs and ideas.

Self-compassion – Forgive yourself, practice daily gratitude and appreciation

Self-love – Pursue your passions and purpose, grow your talents. You are the creator of your experience. Create a life you love. Share yourself in community and Create a world of love

Day by day you will transform yourself. Your unique self is needed now. I need you. The new world I dream of includes all of you.
