We have no idea what we’re doing here on Elephant’s youtube channel. We’ll figure it out as we go. Year ago, we were huge here. But for the last 5 years, we haven’t really had a staff person, and youtube disabled our adsense (trying to fix that, anyone help?), so we had no revenue to support our videos here, or burgeoning podcast.

Humble? Messy? Trying? That’s community, that’s grassroots, that’s indie media. A few years back, youtube changed how live videos work…and I haven’t done a live solo since. We don’t have a staff person to manage our award-winning, once huge and active video channel, or podcast.
