Roses Ritual for the heart, Anahata.

It is well known, a rose symbolizes love, a flower that connects us directly to the heart. Full of vitamins A, E and C, it is a natural offering from the world of herbalism.

{According to Steven Johnson, herbalist, “Roses help us stay open in the face of conflict and struggle; encourage openness and a courageous interest in life.”}

It is why to balance the energies contained in the heart chakra, the rose is a remedy full of sweetness and fullness.

To add comfort and well-being to my day, I love to apply rose essential oil to my heart area while breathing deeply.

This simple ritual directs awareness to the body while calming restless thoughts. It helps maintain vibrations of calm, compassion and love, elements that are part of Anahata’s qualities.

Aromatherapy is so amazing at soothing emotions.

It is a simple practice that can be easily incorporated into the daily ritual, in the morning to start the day well and in the evening to wrap up.

A rose is an ideal flower that invites well-being. It acts as a portal to the present moment, simple, sacred and so effective at the same time. It helps transcend and integrate strong emotions like sadness and anxiety.

When I take the time to use aromatherapy, it sets a positive tone for the day. It allows me to be more receptive and to feel better about my body.

I notice a positive difference when I take the time to practice this ritual for myself.

Note that rose also has many more properties. It is a natural energizer; it can help with anemia problems and even stimulate the production of blood cells. The rose is also a remedy for menstrual problems. This flower is one of my favourites.

I invite you to try this ritual for your heart.

Flowers are friends of well-being.
