What if we looked at each other as a soul? And looked at each other with curiousness about how our souls interweave and dance and play?!
Today I am writing from a space of so much love! So much happiness! And so much BEING HERE NOW!
Two of Ram Dass’s biggest teaching are:
- Be LOVE, and
- Connect to each other as Souls not Roles!
And I would love to invite you to join me on this journey of learning these teachings.
How do we be love? Truly, how can we love more with every interaction? No…life is not always easy but in my hardest times, I stop, put my hand on my heart, remember love, and remember how we are all just walking each other home…
Yes, I’m human and the truth is, sometimes, someone’s role can irritate me. One of my Wee Yogis teachers told me once that when she gets upset with someone, she starts singing the Wee Yogis song Forgiveness!
Can I forgive you?
Can I forgive you?
You make mistakes and sometimes can’t see them.
You did the best that you can do.
You are learning as you grow up.
Forgiveness can be hard,
But I can heal, if I open my heart to you.
Forgiveness, forgiveness.
I forgive you and can you forgive me?
I forgive.
I forgive.
Wow… it’s amazing how we easily forget when we are in the moment, but it’s so beautiful how our friends, family, and spiritual Satsang can remind us to be love, connect with each other’s souls, forgive others, and to forgive ourselves.
Follow your hearts light.
With love,
Jocelyn
