Sweet as A Kiss Raisin Muffins

Ingredients:

1 cup Soy, Oat, or Almond Milk

1 cup whole wheat flour

1/2 cup olive oil

1 tsp baking powder

2/3 cups raisins or your favorite chopped dried fruits (you might want to try pineapple, chopped apple rings, dates, or apricots)

Unsalted chopped nuts ( any kind you like and aren’t allergic to or have a sensitivity to).  Some people have severe peanut allergies.

Instructions

  1. Place flour in large bowl
  2. Add baking powder.  (I never sift my flour or baking powder and the recipe turns out beautifully)
  3. Pour in liquids.
  4. Add nuts

Beat dry and liquid ingredients together with an egg beater.

Bake at 350 degrees F for about 35 to 40 minutes.  Ovens vary in temperature.

Presto!  Sweet and delightful!
