Make sure you are there for you, when you need you!

Make sure you are there for you when you need you…

Do you prepare food once you become really hungry?

Or perhaps you’ve made some advance preparations to ensure that you have access to food at all times.

You may have experienced self-pity in the past. When life is tough, we become aware of the things we have neglected to do. When you most miss being who you are. You lost touch with your own self and your sense of who you are. Never let yourself get to this point in life; nobody has a right to become lost in the journey we call life.

Living alone is a situation that many people find terrifying. We are all surrounded by family members starting in childhood. We connect with people we hardly know as we grow up and learn how to establish relationships. Some friendships last a lifetime, some are merely good friends who hang out occasionally, and some develop into committed relationships. And life goes on while we are surrounded by people we both like and dislike.

What we miss in the craziness of life is spending time alone. Nobody will ever teach you how to accompany yourself, but it ought to be covered in the curriculum. All you will have in life’s happiest and most amazing moment is YOU. In addition, you will only have yourself to keep you company in life’s worst moments.

The majority of people cannot spend at least one day alone. Which is sad. Whatever it is, you deserve yourself first.

  • Work on improving yourself and learn to love yourself as you love others.
  • Talk to yourself like you would like others to speak to you.
  • Understanding your own thought process will help you reach clarity.
  • Go on a little solo exploration; you’ll learn so much about your needs.
  • You must assume personal accountability because you cannot rely on anyone else.
  • When you are able to soothe yourself, you can comfort others.

Being with oneself is a lifelong process…

However, you will be a much happier person if you learn to accept who you are as a person. And that is what really counts – Being joyful, healthy, and loving!

Therefore, make sure you are there for you when you need you.
