I’ve recently launched a business on Only Fans. This is incredibly risky and terrifying yet thrilling at the same time.
Many have lost their professional careers because of their Only Fans accounts, but I’m here to break the stigma that surrounds sex work.
One of the ways that I am doing this is by being myself creating ethical and loving porn. I don’t sell out and I don’t do anything I’m uncomfortable doing.
Only Fans creators are professionals in that they have to market, utilize social media, establish a following and host meetings. There is so much work that goes into a decent account following and I’m learning each day that it’s hard to do alone.
I appreciate my friends support in that they’ve helped me grow as a creator without asking for any sort of compensation. We’re even planning an orgy for the fans in an effort to create a buzz around my page.
I’m nervous about posting myself online because of how vulnerable it is, it’s nerve-racking, what if my family discovers my new found career path? Part of me cares but another part of me is ready to start this chapter of my life.
The truth is I’m Bipolar and so I have a high sex drive when I’m manic. It’s actually really useful for this line of work. I was literally built for this.
I also get tested more frequently than most and ask my partners to test as well in an attempt to break the stigma that sex workers are “unclean.”
I am ready to go in, head first, as a lover of ethical porn sites such as XConfessions. I have dreams of working with Erika Lust and career goals of making a name for myself.
Starting out small is hard, there’s a lot of fake followers and sex bots trying to take my money, but with due diligence I believe in myself and my potential to grow.
I hope to write more about OF and my experiences and hope my readers enjoy following my journey. I couldn’t do it without their support too.
Although risky, I think OF is thrilling and adventurous, it’s the new way to source porn without feeling crummy for watching because we WANT you to watch. We’re trying to make a living just like anyone else, it just happens to be sex work.
