Meditation isn’t a particularly spiritual thing.
It’s a way to train our minds to come back to the present, out of our self-perpetuating neurosis.
We tend to believe our thoughts. Instead, we can pop out of them, back into our breath, and relax, and open, and be both vulnerable and brave.
Red becomes more red.
Yellow becomes more yellow.
Our lives light up, and come into focus. Empathy naturally arises, and fear and aggression dissipate.
Our meditation course is a tonic for this era of Trump—fear, anger, uncertainty, disease, and extreme wealth. Meditation is not withdrawing from active caring. It is about making friends with ourselves, and our world, more fully.
