The End of MAGA? Tom Brady, Sean Hannity & Mitch McConnell return to Reality.

Tom Brady makes fun of Trump supporters at the White House, Sean Hannity urges viewers to get vaccinated, and even Mitch McConnell said something smart.

It looks like Conservatives are finally letting go of MAGA.

There had been a lot of talks around Brady’s friendship with Donald Trump, but now we see him making fun of folks who still believe “The Big Lie.”

He said, “Not a lot of people think that we could have won. And in fact, I think about 40 percent of the people still don’t think we won,” as a reference to winning the Super Bowl with the Tampa Buccaneers. There is not much room for interpretation that this statement was also addressing folks who still can’t believe the fact that Biden won the election.

Joe Biden replied, “I understand that.” We all do.

The day before Brady’s visit at the White House, Sean Hannity asked his viewers to get vaccinated. I understand the temptation to make fun of Hannity for his newfound wisdom on science, but I like to stay positive and say, “Good on you, Sean.”

Obviously, I won’t become a Hannity fan, but I respect his decision to finally switch sides and do the right thing. I hope others at his network will follow—I am talking to you, Tucker Carlson.

And if that wasn’t enough good news, it looks like Mitch McConnell also rediscovered his ability to do the right thing. He also urged folks to get vaccinated as soon as possible. He did so many things during the Trump presidency that made me (and others) super angry, but if he decides to return to reality…let’s give him a chance.

Maybe this is just the beginning of a wave of Conservatives finally giving up on MAGA, “The Big Lie,” and baseless claims around science.

Marjorie Taylor Greene and Rand Paul will probably take a little longer for that, but there are others who might follow Brady, Hannity, and McConnell soon.

Who knows, maybe that’s exactly what we need right now: Conservatives and former Trump supporters urging folks to get vaccinated. We all heard Dr. Fauci, Chris Cuomo, and Democrats encouraging people to get vaccinated, but some folks just don’t listen to Liberals.

It is the responsibility of FOX News, Republicans, and other groups who spread misinformation around COVID-19 and vaccines to finally make things right.

I won’t applaud them for doing that because it is their duty—but I also won’t make fun of them because they are finally taking the right action.
