How I’m Learning to Have Faith in my Creative Journey—Despite my “Trust Iss…
Alexandra Schlotterbeck Stevens is an accredited Gestalt Psychotherapist and EMDR practitioner, coach, and actress. After 17 years in London, she followed her soul’s calling and relocated to Lisbon, Portugal, where she now runs a private practice and international coaching programmes.
Her work centres on helping people transmute trauma into sparks of gold — expanding nervous system safety, dissolving money and receiving blocks, and stepping out of self-sabotage. Alexandra specialises in guiding those who want to create bigger, bolder, and more joyfully aligned lives, whether they are creatives, entrepreneurs, or visionaries crafting their life’s masterpiece.
She offers 1:1 therapy and coaching, and has recently launched a free online community called From Trauma to Sparks of Gold. This is for creatives who’ve walked through trauma and are ready to turn it into gold.
Alexandra is passionate about embodiment, storytelling, and the meeting point between therapy, creativity, and the arts. A solo mother of two young children, she can often be found hiking through forests, scribbling scene notes, or chasing the sun with her kids. Connect with her via her website, or on Instagram.
