I’m a wife, mother, advocate, and writer who believes healing is sacred, legacy is earned, and love is the greatest form of activism. I’m married to one of our nation’s quiet heroes, and together we walk this path of healing and purpose with our family and a soulful dog named Brute.

I write about emotional regulation, the rhythms of womanhood and the moon, neurodiversity, chronic illness, and the quiet heroism woven through everyday family life. I’m endlessly curious about the natural world and our place within it, how the smallest patterns in nature mirror the vastness of the human spirit. My work blends faith with science, reason with wonder, and the tangible with the unseen.

I’m drawn to the stories that make us pause and whisper hmmm, where nature, history, and observation meet meaning. Once a whirlwind, now walking in tune with the moon, I write to remind us that we’re never too far gone to come home to ourselves.
