Expert in mindfulness and meditation, Angharad Docherty. Angharad, a skilled writer and painter, is the voice of everything in an enchanting existence.
Midway through an HND in Social Sciences, Angharad made the surprising choice to pursue nursing when she was in her teens. It was the start of a journey that led her along a road of wanting to continue to help others.
In 2021, she returned to a free life, yet the shift was no less profound. When making the first designs as to what would eventually become a nurse, the author started doing independent research on psychology and sociology and neurological psychology well considering the effect of authoritative personalities on the influence of others, creating a passion to teach others openness to the present.
Now continuing her passions alongside creative endeavour, Angharad works alongside her full-time studies as a part-time Artist and Writer.
