Anna Rogozin

Out of Anna Rogozin‘s personal struggle with anxiety and depression for 16+ years, she formed a desire to shed light on emotional health.  As the founder and CEO (Chief Emotion Officer) of Emotional Boxage™,a wellbeing subscription box with substance, she wants to support the fact that emotional health is not just about happiness, joy, love, and all the other good feels. At its core, emotional health is based around resilience, and being able to pick yourself up and thrive when life knocks you down. Her business is aimed at focusing on emotional health, helping to control thoughts, feelings, behaviors, being better equipped to cope with life’s challenges, keeping problems in perspective, and bouncing back from setbacks.  Her hope is that others will benefit from a subscription to Emotional Boxage™, the aim of which is to build awareness around every emotion, and spread the notion that emotional health is vital to living a life of fulfillment, contentment and balance.
