Carla Woody has been guiding individuals and groups for 25+ years in the areas of transition, relationship, spirituality and holistic health. She is the founder of Kenosis, an organization supporting human potential through coaching and spiritual travel programs in the US, Mexico, Central and South America working with Indigenous leaders and healers. In 2007 she founded Kenosis Spirit Keepers, a volunteer-run 501(c)3 nonprofit organization to help preserve Indigenous traditions threatened with decimation.

She holds a B.A. in Communications and M.A. in Human Relations. She is certified in Hypnotherapy, Family Mediation and as an advanced practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) – with special applications to health.

Carla is the author of Calling Our Spirits Home, Standing Stark and Portals to the Vision Serpent, plus articles on spirituality, integrative health and Indigenous wisdom traditions.

Carla is also a narrative artist exploring metaphor, the human condition, and timeless traditions – especially those threatened. Her intent is to offer a conversation on the intersection between the sacred and secular. She works in oil, mixed media and sculpture.
