Caroline has been practicing yoga for about 10 years. She completed her 200 hour Power Vinyasa training under Eliza Whiteman at FlyDog Yoga in Charlottesville, VA in 2019, and her 300 hour under Eliza in 2021. She also teaches barre and sculpt at FlyDog, where she loves the challenge of bringing mindfulness and purposeful breath to different forms of fitness. Caroline is currently working on her Master’s in Social Work, hoping to employ Polyvagal Theory, somatic therapy techniques, and an 8-limb practice to make holistic recovery more widely accessible to people recovering from substance use and trauma. When she isn’t on the mat, she’s taking photos, going for runs, making toast, and probably propagating plants to share with you.
