I am a mother, writer, REBT mindset coach, podcast host, and former English professor who blogs about parenting and how language creates and reflects our values. I hold a Masters in Women’s Studies from Old Dominion University and a certificate in Positive Psychology from the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley. 

After working with young women in high schools and colleges, I am certain that we all need help drowning out those superficial shouting voices – only then will we begin hearing the little whispers of our souls. I hope to help you unearth your beautiful voice and usher you into your badass self.
