I am constantly striving to come back to the present moment. To observe with gratitude the world around me- and maybe write about it in a way that someone can feel. I am a yogi, a reader and lover of the beach. I have a cat named Olive who sleeps under the covers of my bed all day and a newly adopted Pittbull named Blue. I call him blueberry. He has a giant head and short legs and looks like a cartoon character.
