Helene Retsinias Anido

Hélène, teaches yoga in North London and markets her classes the old-fashioned way: walking door-to-door with flyers. She calls it “flying.” Born in France to a French mother and a Greek father, she’s lived between languages and cultures her whole life. She discovered yoga 26 years ago when she left her first home. She writes about embodiment, resistance, and the irony of trying to promote inner peace.
