Jacq Babcock is obtaining their Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences at Northern Illinois University and is working toward becoming a licensed marriage and family therapist. Just before returning to school, they spent 8 years in Seattle, Washington, where they studied Shamanism and committed to in-depth healing and spiritual embodiment. They also spent four years as an early learning educator for youth who were experiencing homelessness. Jacq is a queer, gender-fluid activist. They believe in staying committed to their passion and creating spaces to help others do the same.
