Julie MacAdam is a yoga teacher, writer, and herbalist who shares her gifts with a sincere desire to inspire and offer to others what has transformed her own life. Julie has been teaching and practicing yoga for over a decade, receiving her initial training at Kripalu School of Yoga in 2010. Since then Julie has accumulated over 10,000 hours of experience. She most recently completed a three-month yoga development course followed by a second Hatha training certification at Yasodhara Ashram in British Columbia in 2019. As an herbalist, Julie has engaged in various apprenticeships and received her degree from Vermont Center of Integrative Herbalism in 2018. She writes from her love of the practices and the way that inspiration can awaken hearts. Find out more here.
